Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that is closely related to and often practiced with
acupuncture. It has been used throughout Asia for thousands of years;the actual Chinese character for
acupuncture,translated literally,means "acupuncture-moxibustion". The purpose of moxibustion, as with most forms of
traditional Chinese medicine, is to strengthen the blood, stimulate the flow of Qi, and maintain general health. It
is the local and focused application of heat to acupuncture points using a compressed, powdered combustible
substance ("mugwort" or "moxa"), which is burned at or near the points to be stimulated. Heat on the one hand warms
and strengthens the life force or energy and on the other hand unblocks its pathways and smoothes its flow. It
application is quite useful in conditions caused by cold and dampness and in cases of deficiency (weakness) of the
organ functions. It has been effectively used for the treatment of asthma, diarrhea, rheumatic pain, abdominal
pain, vomiting and certain gynecological disorders. It has been also found very effective in turning breech babies
into a normal head-down position prior to childbirth.

Usage Method：

1. Light the moxa roller, then put it into the device.
2. Press the elasticity to make the moxa roller fell to the top.
3. Try to confirm the moderate temperature in palm, and the start to roll back and forth in the affected part.
4. Every time for 5-10 minutes to make the meridians cleared, make the skin smooth and ruddy. Circle around from down to up; uowards use strength, downwards don't use strength. Moxibustion for facial about 10 minutes, for eyes about 3 minutes. Moxibustion for abdomen about 15 minutes. Roll the moxibustion box on the abdomen back and forth; press the points around the eyes(Guilai, Qihai, Guanyuan).

Noticed:

1. When the moxa stick ignited and puted into the device dont hang it for a long time in the air, in case of the high temperature to burn the skin.If you hang it for a long time in the air should use your hand or alcohol swad to roll the device to make the temperature lower then continue to use.
2. Evey two minutes should tap the device to clear the moxa ash and regulate the device's position to make it burning.
3. A lot of grime will be generated and stay on the accessories of this device, so need soak part of them in the alcohol and use brush to clear the grime, don't use the water to clear.
4. When need extinguish, only need press the spring which is in the end of the handle and erect the device at the same time to make the moxa roll creep down into the copper tube. The moxa roll will be extinguished after 10 minutes.
5. If the moxa roll could not use once time, could let it stay at the copper tube and continue to ignited it to use at the next time. After used one time there are much ash in the device, now need to take out the internal tube and pour out the ash.
6. Moxibustion two times a day, morning and night. To drinks a cup of warm water after moxibustion, in case of feeling heat.
